What is the Innovation Studio?

Built with student interactivity in mind, the Innovation Studio consists of multiple themed workshops filled with machinery and equipment from all fields of engineering. Acting as a supplement to traditional classroom spaces, the studio provides the opportunity for Wake Forest University students and the Winston-Salem community to apply their theoretical backgrounds and pursue personal, educational, and professional projects in the spirit of “Pro Humanitate”. The studio is constantly growing each year with new equipment, allowing student staff to work directly with faculty on design, assembly, modification, and implementation. The studio is located in Wake Downtown of Winston-Salem’s Innovation Quarter.
