Rich Glover, PE is the owner of Glover Engineering, PLLC. Prior to forming Glover Engineering, Rich was a partner at Jamestown Engineering Group, Inc. for over 20 years. Rich also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Piedmont Triad Regional Water Authority (PTRWA). PTRWA is responsible for supplying potable water to a substantial portion the piedmont area of North Carolina including Greensboro, High Point, Archdale, Jamestown, Randleman, and Randolph County. 

Throughout his career, Rich has served as the lead engineer in scores of land development projects from initial sketches through zonings, design, and construction. He has also led projects dealing with hazardous waste remediation, water/wastewater plant upgrades, as well as municipal pump stations, elevated water tanks, and utility line extensions. In addition to designing, Rich serves as an engineering advisor to many smaller municipalities throughout the region as a plan reviewer and general consultant. 

Rich graduated with honors from North Carolina State University. He received Bachelor of Science degrees in both Environmental Engineering and Civil Engineering with a concentration in water resources. The two degrees helped provide him a broad background of education for the diverse range of services he provides.
